This option only appears if pages were selected prior to invoking the command. Selected: Sets the range to the current selection.The current page number will appear in parentheses, for example, Current (2) if page 2 is the current page. Current: Sets the range to the current page only.All Pages: Sets the range to all pages.To apply the crop area to specific pages of the PDF (be default, only the page that is currently active is affected), choose one of the following from the Pages dropdown list: The dialog box disappears to reveal your document. If there are already values entered for the margins when Set Proportional is selected, all the margins will automatically be set to be equal to the largest value. To adjust all margins equally, select Set Proportional and an adjustment to any margin will automatically affect the others.Set the Top, Bottom, Left, and Right margins by entering the appropriate values in their respective fields.Use one of the following methods to determine the crop area: Select Crop Box from the Select Box dropdown list.The Crop and Page Setup dialog box appears with the Crop Pages tab selected. This tool automatically works on the PDF page that is currently active. Open the PDF you wish to crop and make sure the desired page is active in the main workspace (that is, it's the one currently being viewed).
